To download simply visit the downloads link(s) through the website and extract the files using either winzip or winrar. Then put the files on your DS (through using a mod card) and play them! Additional hardware in the form of a micro SD card, R4 or other to copy the game file is required. There is an excellent explanation of the many ways you can modify your homebrew DS system here:

The modifications needed to play all the titles will depend on your particular versions of the NDS, but there are some pretty cool things that can be done once you get started.
