The Monsters vs Aliens DS Game is a pretty cool adaptation from the movie and should provide you with a few hours of weird, but harmless fun.

The characters you can play as include the half ape/fish thing known as The Missing Link, freakishly tall chick Ginormica, BOB the blob and his insectosaurus, and a team including Dr. Cockroach (as the 2nd player)! You have to bash, climb, ooze and skate your way through this NDS game to defeat the evil alien known as Gallaxhar who, of course, is here to destroy the earth! A short, but fun gaming experience!
